Out of Order Watches is a young small enterprise that was born in 2013. OOW deals mainly in luxury watches. In just two years the company has been able to sell their products in stores all around the world (Germany, Spain, China, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, etc). In February 2015 OOW also opened its shop online. They use every kind of social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and also Youtube (on the occasion of exhibitions and television interviews).
On a scale from 1 (unsatisfactory) to 5 (excellent), they evaluate their e-commerce activities as 2 because they are too young and they are sure they can improve this area. It isremarkable that they evaluate e-commerce as 2, but through e-shop they could reach new costumers in new parts of the world in which they don’t have dealers (for example in Australia and in the USA). Their goal is to sell 10 pieces every day. The company doesn’t use the RFM model nor the CPV, CLV, CPL and COCA indicators. The company uses google adwords in order to measure the performance of their website, social media, e-shop etc.

They think e-commerce is very useful because it allows to people to buy their products from every part of the world. They say they do not have competitors in this market.
Out Of Order Watches is interested in receiving an e-commerce training and it would like to focus on some topics such as how to improve online sales and how to index them.
In their opinion the training course should last 2 days. Out of Order has solutions for mobile usage. Their website is visible through smart phones and tablets, but they do not have the app yet.
